Our story
Simple food, cooked with care.
Olive & Ash started as a twelve-seat pasta bar and grew one table at a time. We roll our pasta each morning, cook over ironbark coals, and buy from growers we know by name.
The menu follows the seasons, so it changes often. Ask us what's good today.
